Avtar Sandhu MBE
Owner of Amar Hall - Dartford has this year been mentioned by Her Majesty the Queen in her 2009 honors list. Avtar Sandhu, who has been involved in various aspects of community work throughout North West Kent, has been awarded an MBE for his services which span over 20 years.
Mr Sandhu has been living in Dartford for over 35 years and has been heavily envolved in community relations through the various organisations which he represents.
Avtar Sandhu would like to strongly encourage the youth of today to get envolved in projects and take an active roll in the development of various aspects of the community.
